In part due to these developments and a clear need in our sector, our firm has become a certified member of Santa Fe Associates International (SFAI), an international network of professional service providers. The service provision consists of services in the area of audit and assurance, accounting, tax, strategic advice, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and management consulting. SFAI is active in over 60 countries worldwide and has more than 220 member firms in its network.

Naturally, we could choose from a variety of organisations when we wanted to become part of an organisation with an international network of professional service providers. We made the deliberate choice to become a member of SFAI, because the SFAI network values the local identity of its member firms. This is important to us, since the local firms are most familiar with the national laws and regulations and other factors that are important in the national context.

The availability of knowledge and expertise within the SFAI network guarantees that we, as a member firm, can dispose over expertise in all areas at all times. Membership of the SFAI network comes with the guarantee that our professional service provision complies with international quality requirements and ethical norms, in addition to our own quality standards.

SFAI is a member of the Forum of Firms of IFAC. Member of this Forum of Firms include, in addition to SFAI, among other firms , KPMG, Deloitte and Ernst & Young. Today, the forum of Firms has 27 members that perform transnational audits. Membership of the Forum of Firms comes with different obligations with regard to quality, professional behaviour and transparency regarding the policy pursued.
